Bas Devos is one of the 10 Europeans to Watch, ten talented personalities from the European film industry for whom 2019 will be the year of their big breakthrough, according to Variety. The American trade magazine announced this today. In a few weeks, Devos will present his second feature film Hellhole in its world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival.
