At the PNO Media pension fund, the threatened reduction in pensions for retirees and still-working participants has so far been averted. Chairman Nelly Altenburg of the Hilversum-based pension fund for the creative sector and media is 'relieved' about this. She talks about 'a bright spot that I am happy with'. For three years in a row, PNO Media's so-called policy funding ratio was below the required 104.1 percent.
