Dave Mantel passed away suddenly on Saturday at the age of 37. The actor gained national fame with his role as Menno Kuiper in Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden, a detective who got into a relationship with Lucas Sanders (Ferry Doedens). This resulted in the first gay marriage in a Dutch soap.
