NPO, CoBO and the Dutch Film Fund have selected the feature film Sea of Time as part of the annual Telescope collaboration project. The aim of this collaborative project is to make distinctive and ambitious feature films of high cinematographic quality possible for a wide audience and with cultural added value. The joint investment is 1.8 million euros per film.
