Wim Coessens leaves the International Film Festival after one year and three months. At the beginning of last year he became director and was given day-to-day management of the Festival team. But mutual expectations were not met.

Jacques Dubrulle, managing director of the Film Festival, confirms from Cannes that Wim Coessens is no longer part of the team. He also does not want to comment.
