The two Amsterdam screenwriters Melle Runderkamp and Reint Schölvinck have been nominated for a British Academy Children's Award with their series Hunter Street.
Runderkamp and Schölvinck are the creators of De Ludwigs, a children's series on Nickelodeon. The screenwriters wrote the scripts in English. After approval, the scripts were translated into Dutch. An American version of the series was made in 2017, called Hunter Street. Runderkamp and Schölvinck have now been nominated for a British Academy Children's Award for that version.
