Filmmaker and musician Dennis Alink (1989) became known through the film program on the Web Midnight Movie Review, where his passion for film burst from the screen. He then made the documentaries Sluizer Speaks about filmmaker George Sluizer (Spoorloos) and one about Herman Brood, Unknown Brood. Both shown at IDFA.
