The 38th edition of the Dutch Film Festival opens on Thursday with Michiel van Erp's feature debut: Nobody in the City. The premiere of the film, which is based on the book of the same name by Philip Huff, will take place in the Stadsschouwburg in Utrecht. During the opening evening, actress Monique van de Ven received the Golden Calf for Film Culture.
