The British commercial channel group ITV is interested in acquiring EndemolShine Group. The newspaper The Sunday Times reported this on Sunday. ITV has officially entered the bidding process as sale talks get underway. EndemolShine is currently active in 23 countries and consists of more than 120 TV production companies.
