The annual Louis Hartlooper Prize for the Best Film Publication will be awarded on Friday, September 28 during the Dutch Film Festival. The prize is awarded for the fifteenth time to a person who has made a stimulating contribution to thinking about cinema and to the deepening of Dutch film culture with one or more publications in the past year. Maria Barnas, Dirk van Weelden, Alex van Warmerdam and Nouschka van Brakel, among others, have been nominated.
