Matthias Schoenaerts (Rundskop, The Drop), Garrett Hedlund (Inside Llewyn Davis) and Scoot McNairy (Argo) will all star in The Sound of Philadelphia, a film about the violent gangster world of Philadelphia. Jeremie Guez (A Bluebird in My Heart) directs the film, which is based on the book Brotherly Love by Pete Dexter.
