Film producer Frank Hoeve has been selected to represent the Netherlands as Producer on the Move during the upcoming edition of the Cannes International Film Festival. With BALDR Film, Frank has produced a number of critically acclaimed films, including the short film Sevilla and the feature film Broers, both by Bram Schouw, and the documentary Those Who Feel the Fire Burning by Morgan Knibbe.
