Flemish Audiovisual sector is a growth sector that today already provides 10,000 direct jobs. The audiovisual sector in Flanders currently provides direct employment of more than 10,000 full-time jobs. This is evident from a study conducted by Idea Consult and Vlerick on behalf of the Flemish Audiovisual Fund (VAF). These and other extras were presented during the first edition of the VAF Day. Among the speakers were Geert Noels (Econopolis), Paul de Hondt (Flanders in Action), Philippe Reynaert (Wallimage), Guillaume Van der Stighelen (Duval Guillaume) and Flemish Minister of Culture Joke Schauvliege.
