The Africa Film Festival (AFF) is in its fifteenth edition this year. But the festival that promotes African film has to make do without Flemish subsidies this year. And contrary to rumors, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms that it does provide subsidies.
The festival opens on Friday April 16 in Leuven with the Belgian premiere of the film 'Shirley Adams'.
