The Telegraaf Media Group (TMG) will have a Belgian CEO after the takeover by Mediahuis. The parent company of De Telegraaf should be managed by Marc Vangeel, who should be given the role of chairman of the board. This is evident from the offer memorandum that Mediahuis and the Van Puijenbroek family from Brabant published on Wednesday. The two parties jointly acquire TMG. The publication of the offer memorandum makes Mediahuis's offer official. TMG shareholders have been able to tender their shares since Thursday morning. This is possible until June 15.
