VARA has sold its ten-part series Klem to the Flemish broadcaster VRT. Belgian viewers are expected to be able to watch the first season this fall. Klem has been broadcast in the Netherlands since mid-January and attracts around 1.6 million viewers every week. The second season will be recorded this fall and will probably be broadcast in the fall of 2018. The series tells the story of the neat widower Hugo (Barry Atsma). His life changes when his youngest daughter and the daughter of a notorious criminal (Jacob Derwig) turn out to be best friends.
