This year, two of the three Cartoon Movie Tribute Awards were presented at Cartoon Movie to participants with a Flemish touch. Ben Stassen of nWave Pictures was honored as Producer of the Year for Sammys Adventures while Stphane Aubier and Vincent Patar were chosen as Directors of the Year for Paniek in het Dorp.
