Le Ciel Flamand, the second feature film by director and screenwriter Peter Monsaert after Offline, has been invited to the San Sebastián International Film Festival. The film will be shown in the New Directors program and will therefore compete for the Kutxabank New Directors Award of 50,000 euros as well as the Youth Jury Prize. The festival also previously announced that Terence Davies' A Quiet Passion, co-produced with Flanders, will be shown in the competitive Zabaltegi-Tabakaleri program. Potemkino co-produced the film for Flanders.
