The Antwerp investigating judge Christian Van Wambeke has ordered a judicial investigation into the Antwerp film company Corsan, which in recent years has raised several tens of millions of euros from doctors, dentists, real estate companies, law firms, media companies, notaries, bakers, and so on.
The judicial investigation must establish whether Corsan tampered with the Belgian tax benefit of the 'tax shelter'. The investigating judge was appointed at the request of the public prosecutor's office and of one of Corsan's largest dissatisfied customers, the Haacht Brewery of the listed Co.Br.Ha.
