Today the shoot of Resurrection, the feature debut of author-director Kristof Hoornaert, starts in Brussels. We see Johan Leysen and Gilles De Schryver in the leading roles. Hoornaert previously made a name for himself with short films such as Caïn and Empire. Johan Leysen (Het Vonnis, The Spiral) and Gilles De Schryver (Code 37, Hasta la Vista) play the two main characters, while Kris Cuppens (Spitsbroers) and Thomas Ryckewaert (Het Divine Monster) play important secondary roles. The shooting takes place in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
