The Netherlands and the Belgian regions of Wallonia and Brussels concluded a treaty on Thursday that should stimulate the joint production of films and other media productions. The treaty at the initiative of film funds makes it easier to collaborate creatively, according to Minister of Culture Jet Bussemaker, who signed the treaty in Brussels.
