Filmmakers are invited to submit documentary projects about (aspects of) life above the Arctic Circle. Selected projects for Below ZERO are pitched to a panel of international experts. The projects also have a chance to win the Arctic Documentary Award and the Below Zero Award. The deadline to submit a project is November 26, 2015.
