The Dutch children's film Secrets of War was shown on Saturday, November 14, at the Anne Frank Center in New York. Producers Rinkel Film and Bijker Film & TV announced this on Thursday. The center was founded in 1959 by Otto Frank, Anne Frank's father, and aims to educate young people in North America about the dangers of intolerance, racism and discrimination. The special screening takes place on the occasion of the end of the Second World War, now seventy years ago, and precedes the release of Secrets of War in America. The film's teaching material, previously developed for Dutch students, will also be released in America.
