17-year-old filmmaker Jade van der Moere from Goes has won the Golden Starfish with the short film 'Where we belong'. This was announced on Monday evening in CineCity in Vlissingen. The Golden Starfish is the prize of the Filmstarz film competition of the Cavak Foundation. Filmstarz is held every year for young filmmakers. They can come up with an idea for a short film and three of them can actually shoot their film.
