After successful previous editions, four new plans for ultra-short animated films have been selected for a realization contribution of up to €50,000. Cinema operator Pathé will put the films into circulation from the summer of 2016. The selected projects are: Sabaku, Golden Oldies, Nona and the singing Meatball and Taboek. Two previous Ultrashort films, Deadly Drive-In Disaster and Bird of Prey, can be seen at Pathé this fall. Deadly Drive-In Disaster is now a pre-film at Spectre. Bird of Prey will be a prequel to The Hunger Games 3 Mockingjay – part 2, showing from November 18.
