About 150 feature films, short films, documentaries and specials are shown at the Northern Film Festival. This year the program has two pillars: 'Nordic Focus' and 'Cinema of the Low Countries'. The 'Nordic Focus' is there to highlight the pearls from greater Scandinavia and the Baltic States. Belgian and Dutch films are featured in 'Cinema of the Low Countries'. The festival opens on Wednesday evening, November 11, in the Harmonie with a Dutch preview of the absurd comedy drama Je Suis Mort Mais J'ai Des Amis.
