Providers of video channels such as YouTube must participate in a European viewing guide test. That is what the Dutch Institute for the Classification of Audiovisual Media wants. But parties like Google are not yet responding. Google has already developed a system for its own Android app store in which all apps are labeled. So the step should not be that big, Bekkers thinks.
