Smartphone cameras have become so good that they are even used to shoot feature films. For example, the film Tangerine was a hit at the annual Sundance Film Festival. The film was shot with an iPhone 5S. However, the quality can be much better. At least, that is what the InVisage company hopes to achieve in the not too distant future. To demonstrate that this should be possible in the not too distant future, the company has shot the short children's film Prix with its QuantumFilm. This technology would make the sensor more sensitive to light and increase the 'electron sensitivity' per pixel.
