The ten-part drama series The Divine Monster, based on the trilogy by Tom Lanoye, is getting an American remake. The news - announced by the specialized American website Deadline Hollywood - is confirmed by Eyeworks Film & TV Drama, which produced the Flemish series for one. Producer-screenwriter Silvio Horta (Ugly Betty) and director and Prison Break producer Brett Ratner join forces for the American remake.
