The Dutch documentary Little Angels by Marco Niemeijer won a Prix Europa in Berlin on Friday for the best European television documentary. According to the jury, Little Angels is a masterpiece: 'With beautiful and intimate camera work, honesty, humor, pain and sadness, a story is told from the very first scene that cannot be escaped.'
