The shooting for the feature film Olaf and the Hidden Gate is in full swing. Mike Versteegh started making this film with a modest budget. But thanks to favors and gifts from friends, companies and governments, he now has a budget of 2.5 million euros. Not in money, but in services and materials. For example, a Helmond hotel sponsors overnight stays, a camera rental company supplies cameras and students from Summa College in Eindhoven put together the costumes. "Then those people say: we really like what you do, we will help you," says Mike Versteegh, producer and initiator of the feature film.
