A delegation of European film directors and actors, including French director Laurent Cantet, has met a number of European politicians to ask them for a more humane migration policy.
The delegation brought a petition signed by 5,500 people from the film world, including the Belgian directors Jean-Pierre and Luc Dardenne, the British directors Mike Leigh and Ken Loach, the actresses Juliette Binoche, Isabella Rossellini and Yolande Moreau and Bond- actor Daniel Craig.
