Brabançonne, Vincent Bal's romantic comedy about two rival harmonies, will conclude the Arras Film Festival (6-15 November) in a musical way in mid-November. This is done under the French title La vie est belge. The Arras program also includes Jan Bultheel's long animated film Cafard and Joachim Lafosse's Les chevaliers blancs, co-produced with Flanders. Both Brabançonne and Cafard will also be released in French cinemas later.
