Dutch filmmaker and artist Rosto won a new award specially created for him at the Sapporo International Short Film Festival: the Visionary Award. Rosto received this from the jury for his three films: No Place Like Home, Lonely Bones and Splintertime. The three films screened in the Filmmakers Section program of the festival and all originated from the musical project Thee Wreckers.
