The Dutch film distributor Dutch Filmworks has registered the logo and brand name of Popcorn Time for use in the Benelux. Popcorn Time is an illegal service that makes it very easy to stream films. The application was made in June this year and was granted in September. The film distributor itself does not yet know what exactly Dutch Filmworks can or will do with the logo and brand name.
