The international co-production fund Hubert Bals Fund recently launched a completely new financing instrument, HBF+Europe, for the distribution of feature films by filmmakers from Africa, Asia, Latin America and some Eastern European countries. European producers who act as minority co-producers can apply for distribution support through the HBF+Europe fund until December 1, 2015.
