Children's heroes Bas and Aad van Toor received a Lifetime Achievent Award at the Ostend Film Festival yesterday. They received the prize for their contribution to Dutch-language television. This 'Ensor', as the prize is officially called, is also called the Flemish Oscar. The statue is practically never awarded to foreigners. The only Dutch person who previously received an Ensor is actress Willeke van Ammelrooy.
