The Vlaardings Film Festival will take place for the third time on September 25 and 26. Up-and-coming directors and producers can submit a self-made film until September 15. Length is not a problem, a filmed sketch of thirty seconds is just as good as a short feature film of about fifteen minutes. This year an award for best film will also be presented. There is one condition: the film must not have been shown before and certainly not on YouTube before the festival starts.
