Belgians are watching less and less live television, according to a survey among Belgians by market researcher GfK. Of the more than a thousand respondents, 22% stated that they watch delayed TV every day, and 30% several times a week. Video-on-Demand (VoD), ordering a TV program at a time of your choice, is already common practice among a fifth of Belgians. 18 to 34 year olds are the biggest VoD users. This phenomenon is less common among the elderly, and especially those over 50, according to GfK. In most families, two people use VoD services.
