Between March and July, research was conducted on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science into the infrastructure for talent development in the Dutch AV sector. The aim was to inventory the current supply and identify needs in the sector. The findings will be used as input for sustainable investment in talent development in the AV sector. In line with the 2017-2020 cultural policy principles letter, a search will be made to join forces between training courses, production companies, broadcasters, festivals and the Film Fund.
