Actor Matthias Schoenaerts is half owner of the casting agency Hakuna, an agency that focuses on people with an exotic ethnic background. “In the media, just like in society as a whole, there is an underemployment of people with a different ethnic background. However, these people have just as much or even more talent,” said Ken Lambrechts, manager of Schoenaerts and co-manager of Hakuna Casting on Monday.
