Holland: Nature in the Delta, the successor to the cinema hit De Nieuwe Wildernis, is the first Dutch film released with the new Dolby Atmos sound system. Distributor Dutch FilmWorks announced this today. With Dolby Atmos, the sound no longer only comes from speakers left, right and behind the screen, but literally from everywhere. Each Dolby Atmos room has up to 64 speakers, which are concealed in the ceiling and behind all walls. The big advantage of Dolby Atmos over 5.1 or 7.1 sound is that you are really surrounded by the film sound.
