All visitors to the Pleinbioscoop in Rotterdam were sent home on Thursday evening. Due to severe weather, the screening of the film Frank on Museumplein was stopped early. It is not the first time that the film event has had to deal with a downpour. Last year it was even decided to set up a drive-in cinema, so that visitors could watch the film from their cars.
