Art and culture program Opium will report live from Film by the Sea in Vlissingen on Thursday, September 17. The festival is also reported on the basis of previously recorded reports. It is the first time that the film festival is broadcast live on the national network. Opium is a program from Avrotros and also reported live from Oerol on Terschelling in June.
