Hackers can take control of your computer by exploiting a vulnerability in Popcorn Time. Researcher Antonios Chariton told this to the website Torrent Freak. Popcorn Time is currently one of the most popular programs for watching pirated video content. Chariton, a Greek computer science student who describes himself as a “security engineer and researcher,” told Torrent Freak how he was able to exploit security vulnerabilities in the software through some simple hacks.
