The Brazilian government will use drones in a new effort to eradicate human trafficking in the country's remote areas. Six drones with video cameras are heading to areas where workers are forced to languish in slavery. Kevin Bales, a well-known abolitionist and co-founder of the NGO Free the Slave, started using drones with cameras two years ago to film slave labor in fishing camps in India and in a tiger sanctuary in Bangladesh. He wanted to make a documentary with a British filmmaker to raise the subject with the general public.
