Labyrinthus, Douglas Boswell's feature debut, has won the Gryphon 10+ Award, the Grand Prize of the Giffoni International Film Festival (July 17-26). Screenwriter Pierre De Clercq was present to receive the award. Labyrinthus is a production by Bart Van Langendonck and Peter Bouckaert for Savage Film (Rundskop, D'Ardennen). The Giffoni International Film Festival is one of the world's most important festivals for children's and youth films. Labyrinthus was shown in the program for children aged 10 and over. In the program from 6 years old, the second prize, after the Italian Grotto, went to the Dutch-Flemish Wiplala by Tim Oliehoek.
