An NFF Digital Storytelling Competition was organized during the 35th edition. The selected projects that will participate in the competition during the festival are now known. It concerns 8 Dutch projects that explore the boundaries of the linear genre and in which other ways of storytelling are applied. The projects have 'a clearly identifiable cinematic component, in which the visual narrative and the use of new media applications come together'. A jury to be announced later will declare one project as the winner and present the NFF Digital Storytelling Prize.
