Swedish media company MTG has acquired a majority stake in Dutch internet video supplier Zoomin. MTG acquires 51 percent of the shares and values the company at 88 million euros with this transaction. Zoomin says it attracts more than 2 billion viewers worldwide every month with its videos and has about 100 million subscribers on YouTube. The company produces more than four hundred videos every day in eighteen languages. Telegraaf Media Group took a 70 percent stake in Zoomin at the end of 2012, but sold those shares again last year.
