Cinema company Kinepolis will take over the Luxembourg cinema group Utopolis SA. The two companies have reached an agreement in principle on this. With the takeover, the five Utopia cinemas in the Netherlands will also come into Belgian hands. Utopia SA has a total of thirteen cinemas in four countries, namely Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium and France. In 2014, the group registered 3.4 million visitors and a turnover of 41 million euros.
